Where do I start?
Browse our product selection to choose the photos and gifts you'd like to purchase. Add each to your cart and follow the checkout process.
Will I receive a paper order form?
We've moved to a completely digital order process. All orders are submitted and paid for online.
Do I need to purchase photos in advance?
In order to keep photo day moving smoothly, all products must be purchased in advance. If you choose not to purchase any photos, we completely understand, but your athlete will not be photographed individually.
Can I review the photos after the shoot?
We automatically select the best image and pose to use for printing production but you can trust we'll choose their best side!
Can I purchase on the day of?
Yes! We know life can be hectic and some things slip by. We'll have a link available to access the product store before the photoshoot.
Is there a return policy?
We are unable to accept returns but our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
